Raohe Street Night Market in Taipei is a straight-line market with a long stretch of food stalls. At the entrance, pepper buns are made by sticking dough to the wall of a clay oven and baking it crisp, and chicken sausages and chicken wing sausages are also sold. Crowds make it hard to move around, and the lines at each food stall are long. The aisles are narrow and there is nowhere to sit.
