Chunhachoodong Milmyeon

Chunha Chudong Milmyeon Seomyeon Branch is a milmyeon restaurant in Busan, a 5- to 10-minute walk from Seomyeon Station and Bujeon Station. It serves mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and hand-made mandu. The broth is a rich meat broth with herbal notes, the noodles are thin, and the bibim milmyeon comes out spicy. Mul milmyeon contains a lot of dadegi, which can be taken out and mixed in to taste, and the mandu have chewy wrappers and fillings; the bibim milmyeon and the broth are both on the salty side.
