Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center is a tourist information office in Tokyo, located across from Kaminarimon. From the observation terrace on the 8th floor, visitors can look out at Sensoji and Skytree. The observation deck is open from 9 AM to 10 PM, is free to use, and is reached by elevator. The elevator takes a long time and the viewing space is small.
