Bubu Mandu Bajirak Kalguksu

Bubu Mandu Bajirak Kalguksu is a small neighborhood restaurant in Busan that serves hand-made mandu and kalguksu with clams and mussels. The kalguksu comes in a clear shellfish broth with seafood, and steamed and grilled mandu are served alongside it. The restaurant has been in operation for nearly 30 years and also delivers free of charge to nearby areas. The interior is worn, and the kimchi has a fermented taste and a fish sauce aroma.
