Seoan Memiljip Yongjeon is a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Dong-gu, Daejeon. It serves memil makguksu, memil jeon, deulkkae kalguksu, and suyuk, with noodles made to order. Parking is available in front of the store, along the inner side of the sidewalk, and in an underground tower parking lot. The buckwheat noodles are lightly seasoned and require diners to adjust the sauce ratio themselves, which may not suit every palate.
