Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu Dotonbori Nakaza Kuidaore Building is a Japanese restaurant between Dotonbori and Namba that serves gyukatsu made from various cuts of beef. Diners choose between sirloin, tenderloin, and chuck flap, then grill the meat to their preferred doneness on a small tabletop stove. Arriving shortly after the lunch hour meant getting in without a wait, and staff refill the stove's fuel when the flame goes out. Many of the customers are Korean, so the restaurant has little of a local feel.
