Bukhansan Siraegi Hwadeok Saengseon Gui

Bukhansan Siraegi Hwadeok Saengseon Gui is a restaurant at the entrance of Bukhansan in Jingwan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving siraegi soup and fish grilled in a wood-fired oven. Mackerel, Atka mackerel, flounder, pomfret and rockfish are grilled in the oven and served with sotbap. The dolsotbap can be eaten down to the scorched rice, and siraegi soup and perilla seed soup are also on the menu. On weekend evenings the dining room is loud and busy as customers crowd in.
