Aburasoba Tokyo Aburasoba Honten Tenjingu Mi is a Tokyo-based ramen chain in Tenjin, Fukuoka, serving Japanese-style mixed noodles called aburasoba. Diners mix onion, vinegar, and rayu into the basic aburasoba to taste, and can also choose a spicy menu item. Orders are placed at a kiosk by inserting cash first, and a Korean menu is provided separately. On weekday evenings the wait to enter is around 10 minutes, and only cash payment is accepted.
