Gyeongju Ahwa Traditional Guksu

Gyeongju A-hwa Traditional Noodles is a traditional noodle restaurant in Gyeongju. It serves janchi guksu and bibim guksu, and the noodles are made by hand in the old style and dried outside. The broth for the janchi guksu comes in a separate teapot so the noodles do not go soft. The broth, made with anchovies, has a fishy aroma.
