Park Yongja Gyeongju Myeongdong Jjolmyeon is an old jjolmyeon specialty shop on Gyeongju's Geumridan-gil, serving bibim jjolmyeon, yubu jjolmyeon, and odeng jjolmyeon. The noodles are made in-house from dough prepared the same day, dressed with a sweet-and-sour sauce and garnished with cucumber, crown daisy, and cabbage. Yubu jjolmyeon comes in a rich seafood-based broth with fried tofu, and on jjolmyeon and naeng jjolmyeon are also available to match the season. At lunchtime many customers arrive at once, so a wait can form.
