Fukuoka Food and Culture Museum HAKU HAKU

Hakuhaku, the Hakata Food and Culture Museum, sells several kinds of mentaiko and related products in Fukuoka. It offers a hands-on experience making four pieces of mentaiko and a view of the production process. The site also lets visitors tour the mentaiko factory and look at products. It is closer in scale to a factory than a museum, and there is no space for children to play.
