Gyujin Shabu Shabu & Sukiyaki Restaurant

Gyu Jin Shabu Shabu in Tsim Sha Tsui serves all-you-can-eat hot pot-style shabu shabu and meat. Diners choose a half-and-half broth of mala and plain meat stock, then refill lamb and beef tongue for 60 or 90 minutes. Additional orders are placed by QR code, vegetables and sauces come from a self-serve bar, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream is served as dessert. Meat quality tends to drop with each refill.
