Jeju Mangeum Guksu

Jeju Mangeum Guksu is a noodle shop near Jeju Airport that serves gogi-guksu, myeolchi-guksu, bibim-guksu and kong-guksu. The gogi-guksu comes with soft pork in a rich broth that includes mojaban, and the bibim-guksu sauce is made with ground fruit so it is not sharp. The myeolchi-guksu has a clear anchovy taste from anchovies boiled for a long time, and the gogi-guksu broth is rich but lightly salted. Kong-guksu is added to the menu in summer.
