Wongaksa Jip Cheung Seoktap is a marble pagoda inside Tapgol Park in Jongno, Seoul, built during the reign of King Sejo alongside Wongaksa Temple and designated National Treasure No. 2. The roughly 12-meter body carries tiered tile-roof carvings, while the three-level base is engraved with dragons, lotus flowers, and scenes from Journey to the West. Since 1999 the pagoda has been kept inside glass to prevent damage from acid rain. Reflections on the glass make photographs and the carved details appear blurred.
