Daenamu Sukseong Hoegwan Jonggak is a modern izakaya near Jonggak Station Exit 4 in Seoul, serving aged hoe, flower crab soup, and yellowtail. The mixed aged hoe is aged at low temperature, which keeps the slices thick and chewy. The space has private rooms and wide spacing between tables, and the staff provide both spicy and mild wasabi. Ramyeon noodles can be added to the flower crab soup, and the red crab ramyeon contains one whole red crab.
