Hyojadong Guksu

Hyojadong Guksu in Seoul serves noodles made from fresh dough, including myeolchi-yuksu noodles and bibim noodles. The myeolchi-yuksu noodles are an old-style dish in which noodles thinner than kalguksu are served in a strong anchovy broth. The shop sells both mul-guksu and bibim noodles, and the ingredients of the broth are clear. The indoor space is small.
