Seoul Plaza Fountain sits next to Seoul City Hall and the Seoul Metropolitan Library, with a fountain and a grass plaza. The fountain runs in the warm season and children come to the space. Behind the plaza, the old and new City Hall buildings are both visible. The earlier European-style fountain no longer remains.
