Seoul City Hall Seosomun Building 1

Seoul City Hall's annex is a public office building next to Deoksugung. On the 13th floor, a attic cafe sells green tea lattes, honey citron tea, and simple snacks. The 13th-floor Jeongdong Observatory is open to the public and looks down over Deoksugung and the Jeongdong area. Visitor numbers are high and there is only one elevator for entry.
