Seoul Metropolitan Government Seosomun Annex Building 2

Seoul City Hall's Seosomun Annex Building 2 houses the Housing Bureau and the Urban Planning Bureau, among other offices, and sits next to Deoksugung. From the observation deck on the 20th floor, Deoksugung, Jeongdong-gil and the area around City Hall are visible in a wide view. It opened as CITY SQUARE in July 2019, with a cafe on the 20th floor and another on the first floor. On weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., vehicle traffic is blocked on the side road next to Deoksugung.
