Katsushosin Seoul Station Grand Central is a tonkatsu restaurant on the third basement floor of Grand Central at Seoul Station. It serves hirekatsu and special roskatsu, frying loin and tenderloin so they stay moist and soft, and plates them with rice, soup, pickles, and gatjeolim, with salt, truffle oil, salted shrimp, mustard, and tonkatsu sauce to choose from. On weekdays at lunch, seats fill right after opening and there can be a wait of more than 30 minutes. The space is small, so the lunch wait runs long.
