Mom's Touch Seoul City Hall

Mom's Touch Seoul City Hall Branch is a fast-food restaurant on the second floor behind Seoul City Hall, across from McDonald's, selling chicken burgers and french fries. The Ssaiburger is made by frying chicken to order and comes with french fries. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and food comes out after about 15 to 20 minutes. At lunchtime it is crowded enough that there are no seats, and the store space is small.
