Myeongpum Seolleongtang Main Branch

Myeongdong has a seolleongtang restaurant that also serves galbitang. The galbitang comes with a choice of one or two ribs. Diners take seokbakji and baechu kimchi from the table themselves, and cut the galbi from the bone with scissors to dip in wasabi sauce. The seolleongtang broth is light rather than the deep flavor expected from a long simmer.
