Namdaemun Market Daedo Sikdang

Daedo Sikdang is an old restaurant in Namdaemun Market in Seoul that serves red meat pork collar, budae jjigae, and saengtae jjigae. The red meat is the signature dish: pork loin is wrapped in plastic, frozen round, then finished with a sweet, salty, spicy seasoning and pepper. The restaurant has stood for 50 years, and after a renovation the interior became spacious and clean. During busy hours, four adult men at one table is cramped.
