Ohansu Beef Noodle House City Hall Branch

Ohansu Uyuk Myeonga City Hall Branch is a noodle shop in Seosomun-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, serving beef noodle soup and Chinese-style dumplings in the basement of the Seosomun 2nd Government Building. The broth is clear and close to gomtang, with soft meat, and the gunmandu are crisp outside and release juice. On weekday lunchtimes a line forms, but turnover is fast, so eating takes 20 to 30 minutes, and noodles and rice can be refilled for free. The texture of the noodles is a letdown.
