Uju Choego Godeungeo Gui is a Korean fish-grill restaurant near Hoehyeon Station Exit 3 and Namdaemun Market, serving grilled mackerel alongside dishes such as grilled Spanish mackerel and stir-fried squid. Grilled mackerel is the signature dish, and doenjang jjigae comes with it by default. Orders and payment are made at a kiosk at the table, and food arrives within 10 minutes; four side dishes can be refilled at a self-service bar. At lunchtime there are no seats, and when the small dining room is crowded the gaps between tables are narrow.
