Niu Wang Le Hu Xi - Ji Pin Niu Rou Mian is a beef noodle shop in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, serving hongshao beef noodles and qingtun beef noodles. The hongshao version comes with wide noodles, four pieces of tender beef, and a strong broth. Customers order and pay at an unmanned machine outside the store before entering, and during busy hours dining is limited to 40 minutes. Broth, noodles, and drinks can be refilled for free, and since the noodle portion is small, big eaters need an extra serving.
