Chiruku is a kushikatsu restaurant in Ohastsu Tenjin, Osaka. Its omakase stop course fries skewers of beef, shrimp, and pork loin one at a time in a thin batter and serves them with a special Worcestershire sauce. Skewers arrive in sequence until the customer says stop, and this branch is the only one open for lunch. It sits inside a building, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
