Sanuki udon Shikokuya

Sanuki Udon Shikokuya is a sanuki udon shop on basement floor 1 of the Dojima Plaza Building in the Dojima area of Kita Ward, Osaka, in the Nishi-Umeda and Kitashinchi district. Its signature dish is curry udon with a thick broth containing onion, green onion, and beef tendon, served with thick, chewy noodles. The shop has 60 seats, and there is a record of entering without a line at 11:30 a.m. on a weekday. The location is hard to find in the Dojima underground shopping arcade, so the liquor store Yamaya is used as a landmark.
