Tokyo Abura Soba Sohonten Dochika-gumi is an abura soba shop in Dochika, the Dojima underground arcade in Osaka. The noodles are chewy medium-thick noodles tossed with a dark soy tare, and diners adjust the flavor with vinegar, rayu, and free chopped onion. Orders are placed at a ticket machine at the entrance, seating is counter-only, and the noodle portion can be chosen from 160g, 240g, or 320g. Without added toppings, the garnish looks sparse.
