Eunseong Hanu Gopchang Geondae Station Branch is a gopchang-gui restaurant near Geondae-ipgu Station that grills gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), and makchang (beef abomasum). The Eunseong Modeum comes with gopchang, daechang, and makchang together, and the gopchang is crisp on the outside and chewy inside. The gopchang has no off-odor and is full of gop, and staff grill it at the table. Fried rice is served at the end of the meal.
