San Laurel is a restaurant on the 10th floor of the Conrad Hotel, across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. It serves Spanish-rooted dishes made with California seasonal ingredients, including octopus with baby potatoes and jamon with tomatoes, and offers porridge and honey oat lattes for breakfast. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows look directly onto the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Because it is on the hotel's 10th floor, it is not a storefront you enter directly from the street.
