JAL PLAZA Naha Airport Gate 21 Shop

BLUE SKY OKA Gate 21 is a shop selling Okinawan souvenirs and snacks near Gate 21 after domestic security screening at Naha Airport. Its main items are daitozushi and Okinawa soba, and the soba is served quickly in a standing style with samgyeopsal (pork belly), soki, and fish cake on top. Daitozushi is an island sushi from Daito Island that has continued since the Meiji era, made with sweet vinegared rice topped with sawara or tuna marinated in a special soy sauce seasoning. Hong ginger and koregusu can be added to the soba directly.
