On the second floor, Kyoto Modern Terrace serves yuba breakfast, souffle hayashi rice, parfait, and a three-item dessert set. The building is divided into a Tsutaya bookstore and Starbucks on the first floor, Kyoto Modern Terrace on the second, and a music salon, meeting rooms, and gallery exhibition space on the third. The first-floor Starbucks tends to be crowded.
