Hwangje Jeongyuk Sikdang Myeongji Daejeom is a meat restaurant near Myeongji University in Seoul that serves specialty cuts of pork, pork galbi, and chadolbagi. The pork set is the signature menu, and Hanwoo chadolbagi can be ordered for one person while imported chadolbagi requires a minimum of two orders. In the evening the restaurant draws enough customers to form a line, so arriving early during the lunch-to-dinner hours is one way to get in.
