Mister Galmaegi

Mr. Galmaegi is a Korean restaurant in Hongeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, that grills galmaegisal over a wire grate. The signature dish is seasoned galmaegisal, and the restaurant also sells janchi noodles and jumeokbap. Chilled kimchi soup and tteokbokki in broth are served at no charge. The galmaegisal is imported, and the cut has shortcomings.
