Mullebanga Freshwater Spicy Fish Stew

Mullebangaminmul Maeuntang is a restaurant in Ttukseom Market in Seongsu-dong 2-ga, Seoul, serving eojuk, maeuntang, and freshwater shrimp jeon. The eojuk is a thick soup with noodles, sujebi, and dried radish greens, eaten by finishing the solids and then boiling rice and broth together again. The eotang guksu broth is clean rather than fishy and is ordered in winter as well. The shop is small because it sits inside the market.
