Heungbune Dwitgogi

Heungbune Dwitgogi is a meat restaurant in front of Sindo in Changdong, Seoul, serving firm dwitgogi. The dwitgogi is chewy and mild, and comes with side dishes and complimentary seonji haejangguk. The portions are large, and the interior recalls the past. The makchang (beef abomasum) is less satisfying than the dwitgogi.
