Sumiyaki Unafuji Daimaru Kyoto Bekkan serves unagi donburi and hitsumabushi on the eighth floor of Daimaru Kyoto. Hitsumabushi is eaten four ways: plain eel, with green onion and wasabi, and poured over with ochazuke. Live eel is prepared at the entrance. The shop sits at the back of the eighth floor, so it is hard to find at first.
