The staff cafeteria on the 32nd floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 serves set meals, noodles, and curry. It is reached from Tochomae Station exit A4 through the connecting passage to the building. A daily menu, pasta, and curry are offered, and the windows look out over Tokyo. To use it, register your name and phone number on the 1st or 2nd floor, receive a QR code and a visitor pass, scan it at the gate, and go up to the 32nd floor. From 12:00 to about 12:45 is the busy period when staff use is concentrated.
