Sinbi Jumak

Sinbijumak is a bar in Seoul that serves crispy bossam. Beullaek Ori and buchu gopchang jeon (gopchang, or grilled intestines, with chives) are also signature dishes, and the alcohol selection is kept short for easy choosing. The indoor ceiling can be opened to show the sky, and the restrooms are separated by gender. Broth takes a long time to boil on a burner.
