Ina Gyeong Deungsim Shabu Kalguksu Gwanggyo is a deungsim shabu kalguksu restaurant on the second basement floor of Gwanggyo Jungheung S-Class, near Gwanggyo Lake Park in Suwon. Diners cook deungsim and chewy kalguksu noodles with vegetables in a spicy broth and eat them with kimchi geotjeori. The meal follows a set order: after the shabu-shabu and kalguksu, rice is added to the remaining broth and fried to finish. Minari cannot be ordered on its own and must be requested as a vegetable addition.
