Iheungyong Gwajajeom Suyeongjeom Brangjeri is a bakery near Sinsegye Centum in Suyeong-gu that sells bread and coffee. It serves salt bread, madeleines, myeongnan gamja bread, and bagels with basil cream cheese, and most of the bread is not very sweet. The brand was started in 1995 by Lee Heung-yong, a Korean confectionery master, and the Suyeong branch opens at 8 a.m. with the store divided into two spaces. On weekend afternoons, customers fill the terrace and the bread is sometimes cold.
