Hwadeok Euro Gan Godeungeo Gwangalli Subyeon Gongwon is a Korean grilled-fish restaurant on the second floor near Gwangalli Minrak Subyeon Park in Busan. It serves set meals of mackerel, Spanish mackerel, Atka mackerel and hairtail, grilled in a 500°C wood-fired oven so the skin is crisp and the inside moist, along with braised mackerel with bracken and jeyuk bokkeum. Window and full-glass seats look out over the Suyeong River and Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and orders are placed at a kiosk with rice and side dishes refilled at a self bar. The restaurant has group rooms and finishes the meal with plum tea.
