Jiaotang Feng Chuan Shao Ximen Direct Store is a skewer grill in Ximending where you pick skewers and they are grilled to order. You fill a red bucket with ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, oysters, rice cake, and tofu, then add a sweet sauce and a spicy sauce. After paying at the counter for the skewers in your bucket, you receive a number ticket and pick up the order yourself. The indoor space has about five tables for five people and about three tables for two, and ordered skewers can take 20 to 30 minutes to come out.
