Haibana is an izakaya serving Okinawan food and drinks in the innermost part of Aqua City Odaiba. The menu includes rafute, Okinawa soba, taco rice, sea grapes, and island rakkyo, and the rafute is served cooked until tender. A small appetizer called otoshi arrives first and a seating charge is added, and the bar tends to stay open until late. Staff service is indifferent and rough.
