Each table has an automatic rotating grill that turns the skewers as they cook, and jisamseon and boyangsik yangtang can also be ordered. In the evening many tables are reserved and customers crowd in, so walking in without a reservation means waiting, and the yangkkochi has little gamey smell and is tender.
