Seoul Culture and Arts Education Center Yongsan occupies the first and second floors of the Central Park Building and the fifth and sixth floors of an education wing in a neighboring building in Yongsan, Seoul. It runs spaces for music listening, exhibitions, and reading, along with quarterly hands-on events and free small concerts that visitors sign up for. On the first floor, the Gamjeong Seoga lets visitors try out various fountain pens, and coffee or tea is free for those who bring a tumbler. It also runs arts education programs that require registration, such as a plant botanical illustration class.
