Yen Banh Xeo Banh Khan is a Vietnamese restaurant in the night market alley of Nha Trang that serves banh xeo, banh khan, shrimp spring rolls, and fresh spring rolls. The mixed banh khan comes topped with six items: squid, large shrimp, oysters, small shrimp, beef, and pork, while banh xeo is eaten wrapped in raw vegetables and sauce. The shop is small, so seating on the second floor is sometimes used, and air conditioning and fans are turned on, with green mango or rice paper available on request. The street-side seats are loud because of motorbike traffic.
