Sinseon Sikdang

Sinseon Sikdang is a udon shop inside Andong Gu Market. Its naeng udon uses medium-thick noodles in an anchovy broth and is served with shredded danmuji. The shop opened in 1981 and sells only four items: naeng udon, udon, bibim udon, and jjajang. The naeng udon broth is anchovy-based rather than katsuo-based, which is divisive.
