Uoshin in Osaka serves sushi topped with large slices of raw fish, including sea bream, tuna, and eel. The fish is thick and large enough to be difficult to eat in one bite, and single-order sushi comes two pieces per plate. On a weekday evening the wait was about four groups, but the line moved quickly, and a line forms around 11 a.m. as well. Some sushi contains too much wasabi, so it is worth checking when ordering.
